This policy explains what personal information Tech24studio collects, how we use it, and your rights under the Irish Data Protection Act 2018 and the GDPR.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number and email when you book a repair or send a message.
• Device details (make, model, IMEI/serial where relevant) for the purpose of the repair.
• Basic site analytics (page views, referrer) — anonymous, aggregated.

How we use it

• To contact you about your repair and respond to enquiries.
• To send your invoice and warranty record.
• To improve the service — no targeted advertising, no resale of your data.

Data on your device

We do not access, copy or browse data stored on devices left for repair, unless you ask us to (for example, for a data-transfer service). Devices are kept in a locked cabinet when not on the bench.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. We may share it with service providers strictly necessary to run the business (email hosting, payment processor) under data-protection agreements.

Your rights
