Warranty
Every repair carries a 12-month warranty on the part fitted and the labour involved. If the same fault returns within that period through no fault of yours, we put it right at no extra cost. The warranty does not cover new physical damage, water ingress after the repair, or unrelated faults.
Diagnostic fees
Standard diagnostic is free. Water damage and board-level jobs carry a €49–€89 diagnostic fee because of the lab time required — this is credited against the repair if you proceed.
Data & privacy
We never need your unlock PIN for hardware repairs. If a software repair requires it, we ask in person. We do not copy, browse or back up data from your device unless you explicitly ask us to. Devices are kept in a locked cabinet when not on the bench.
Payment
We accept card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash. Payment is taken when you collect, not in advance — diagnostic fees aside. No card surcharges.
Uncollected devices
We hold completed repairs free of charge for 30 days. After that, storage may apply, and after 90 days unclaimed devices may be recycled in line with WEEE regulations. We will attempt to contact you on the phone number provided before any such action.
