Frequently asked
How long does a screen repair take?
Most iPhone and Samsung screens are fitted in 30–60 minutes if the part is in stock. Less common models can take 1–2 days while we order the panel — we always confirm timing before you leave the device.
Do you use original parts?
For most repairs we offer two grades: OEM-quality (the same panel found in the original device) and a more affordable high-grade copy. We explain the difference, the price, and the warranty implications before you decide.
Will my data be safe?
Yes. We never need your unlock PIN for hardware repairs. If a software repair requires it, we ask in person and you stay with the device while the work happens. We never copy data off your phone.
What's the warranty?
12 months on parts and labour for every repair. If the fitted part fails through no fault of your own, we replace it free of charge.
Do you take card payments?
Yes — card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash. No surcharges.
What if you can't fix it?
No repair, no charge (except the published diagnostic fee on water-damaged or board-level cases). We'll explain what we found and what your options are.
Can you fix water-damaged phones?
Often, yes. Speed matters — the sooner you bring it in, the better the odds. We do ultrasonic cleaning and component-level repair where needed. €49 diagnostic, credited against the repair.
Do you do board-level (microsoldering) repair?
Yes. We have the gear and the experience to replace individual ICs and tiny components on the logic board — the kind of work most shops don't offer.
